NOTE: Participant must be 19 years of age and able to provide proof of birth date. Participant understands that this is a professional tryout and will no longer be eligible to participate in NCAA sanctioned football should they partake in testing. Participants are encouraged to bring game film.  Please identify your film with your name, team name and jersey number(s).  Film will not be returned to participant. Participant assumes all risks and liabilities as the result of participating in this tryout. Kickers will be evaluated.  All participants are encouraged to fill out the Player Application page.
